Hussmann Introduces LED Lighting Solutions for Reach-Ins, Walk-Ins,
Multi-Decks & Islands

Hussmann has been offering retailers brighter merchandising and lower energy costs with EcoShine LED lights for RL reach-in cases.  Now the EcoShine line has been expanded to cover LEDs for narrow and tall reach-ins, walk-in cooler doors, undershelf meat applications, undershelf lights for dairy and produce multi-deck cases, and standard canopy LEDs for all multi-decks.

New EcoShine LEDs have been optimized for even illumination across every shelf, even on difficult-to-light narrow and tall reach-ins and walk-in doors.  When shoppers see more products, retailers sell more food!

Hussmann’s new EcoShine meat shelf lights have a color-rendering index (CRI) of 95 and color temperatures of 2900K and 3500K that makes meat look fresher.  Dairy and produce shelf LEDs have color temperature options of 3500K and 4100K to enhance the colors of these foods and packaged products.

Energy savings vary by type for EcoShine LEDs, but all are significantly more efficient than T-8 fluorescent lights:

• Reach-in LEDs: 63 – 78% savings
• Walk-in LEDs: 66 – 69% savings
• Shelf LEDs: 61 – 67% savings
• Canopy LEDs: Up to 56% savings
