New ISLA Configurations!

ISLA, Hussmann’s unique “design-your-own island” merchandiser, offers retailers a flexible way to display refrigerated, hot and dry items all in the same area. We recently announced a number of new configurations that include 3-sided, 2-sided, in-line and stand-alone cases.

Three new ISLA food counters have been launched as part of the new in-line offering. The ISLA cold counter contains refrigerated wells for self-serve salad and olive bars. ISLA’s new in-line hot counter has individual well controls and an Automatic Waterfill system in the case (that fills and drains water without labor). And the ISLA soup counter has 11-quart soup wells and the Automatic Waterfill system as well. Each counter is available with either a wrap-around bumper or a flush-end option.
