Job Description:
  • Partner with HR Team and the business to understand and support the business objectives by providing Compensation and HR analytical support and guidance.
  • Assist in data integrity and reporting development including HR Dashboards, compensation reporting, etc.
  • Administer compensation guidelines, policies and programs, recommending solutions or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related concerns.
  • Assist in the administration of salary and various incentive plans. Develop and generate reports from HR systems to support the ongoing management of HR data.
  • Assist in driving data integrity for core data to develop and improve overall HR reporting.
  • Provide compensation analysis on new job profiles as well as reviewing job offers for consistency with the compensation structure and program.
  • Provide grade assessment through market pricing and internal equity evaluations.
  • Complete compensation surveys as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or closely related field.
  • Two years of progressive experience in a compensation position or a closely related HR role with analytics and reporting experience.
