Our business sales development trainees are elite self-starters with a drive to transform the way our customers provide the freshest and safest foods available through state of the art, innovative, refrigeration equipment. As a member of our team, you’ll bring the full array of Hussmann solutions to businesses – and feel great about the impact you’re having on their bottom line.

The Sales Development Program will be the catalyst to prepare you to be a fully educated Hussmann account manager.  If you are motivated, have drive, and are a self-starter who wants to make a real difference, this program can show you how.

Position Summary:

You’ll kick off your adventure in St. Louis.  By the time you graduate from the program, you will be rewarded with account management responsibilities.  In between you will be busy learning each aspect of this business by rotating through our commercial departments, visiting our plants, completing projects as well as a capstone, and experiencing formal on-line and facilitator-led training.

This is 18 - 24 month paid development program all designed to help you gain new experiences and transform your skills. After honing your skills, you can anticipate relocation to one of Hussmann’s nationwide markets with a demand for your talent. It’s just the opportunity you need to hit the ground running.


Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a strong interest in a sales career
Up to 2 years of professional work experience
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technical aptitude demonstrated through interest and exposure to new technology
Refrigeration products experience a plus
Prior experience in sales a plus
Ability to travel Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to relocate within the US for advancement opportunities
