- Initiate and direct multiple products, system or project initiatives from plan to implementation in support of the business value.
- Evaluate demand and identify the appropriate expertise to support IT goal.
- Mentor and motivate team members, set individual goals, and measure performance. Collaborate and innovate across functions to develop IT concepts and standards.
- Maintain and manage relationships with internal and external business partners to ensure effective prioritization of products, systems and projects.
- Govern and audit documentation of processes and procedures to develop best practices.
- Evaluate and justify cost savings and productivity improvements.
What You'll Bring...
College Degree preferred. Equivalent experience, education and/or certifications may be considered in lieu of Bachelors.
7+ years experience w/ degree (3-year Leadership)
15+ years of relevant experience w/out-degree
Experience in the following areas:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Field Service, Finance and Operations, and Project Service Automation
Work order management for field service.
Project Management skillset
Mergers and Acquisitions from an IT standpoint
E-commerce and Website support
Vendor management. Leverage multiple vendors to deliver solutions. Ensure that vendors are meeting agreed-upon commitments
Knowledge of Desktop systems, networking and server support. Key will be to communicate with end-users and tie in the right support areas.
Experience within the Service Industry is desirable, but not required
Business Relationship management skills
Knowledge of VoIP and Telephony. Specifically, call flow in an Auto-attendant for a Contact Center
· Serve as a technical lead for client technologies while leading multiple, complex project activities including strategic efforts for all planning, analysis, design, and development of company IT projects
· Support definition and execution of change management tasks including communication to key user communities, providing subject matter expertise, providing training and documentation where appropriate.
Work with management and clients to identify business needs and work with cross-functional areas to use existing technologies or assist in introducing new technologies to ensure sustainability
