Service Account Representative

The service coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, controlling, and directing activities of operational resources.  Also, they are responsible for customer interaction, communicating with the Field Technician Supervisors, and coordinating jobs with Project Managers. 

  1. Coordinates service resources and on call schedules.
  2. Assigns team members to project
  3. Schedules personnel, sub-contractors, orders materials, and equipment based on project needs, work backlog, skill sets, and availability.
  4. Inputs project location and customer information into software system. 
  5. Generates Work Order Documents, reviews billing set-up, dispatches technicians, and notifies customers. 
  6. Responsible for customer interaction/satisfaction and establishing method of payment.
  7. Interacts and communicates with all Project Managers and service Manager to assign/dispatch technicians.
  8. Coordinates operations interaction with the Parts Department as necessary. 
  9. Reviews project paperwork, complete calls, and forwards project paperwork to Project Administrators.
  10. Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the assigned staff, and responding to special requests.
  11. Logs service start-up and service work requirements in job tracking system.
  12. Responsible for generating, interpreting, and printing various assigned reports.
  13. Responsible for entering purchase orders and receipt purchase orders.
  14. Maintains document status and schedule through work order scheduling software.
  15. Responsible for routing internal documents and communications.
  16. Validates and inputs technician hours.
Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required. 

  • One-year certificate from college or technical school, preferred
  • 6 mths - 2 years of related experience and/ or training
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products 
  • Familiarity with the operation of Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License required (occasional field visits)
