RESPONSIBILITIES:
' Process timely transactions of inbounding materials.
' Process double issues/scrap forms/late adds from the lines and engineering as needed ' paperwork required on all before putting parts on the table.
' Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all safety regulations.
' Compliance with all union rules and regulations, up to and including breaks and lunches for employees and self.
' Assist with picking production order kits or support picks as needed.
' Maintain a clean and properly 5-s'ed warehouse.
' Follow proper procedures and outbound/inbound processes as needed.
' Audit complete line picks (as time allows) for accuracy in both part number and quantity being distributed to the production lines.
' Respond to radio requests for assistance from the C10 team in an immediate and timely manner (if carrying a radio).
REQUIREMENTS: •
' A positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced and extremely flexible environment is a must.
' Also need work autonomously, accurately and efficiently.
' Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
' Must agree to be trained and drive both Sit Down and Stand Up forklifts.
' Must be able to bend, stretch and reach throughout the day.
' Must be a team player with a commitment to excellence, work safely and adhere to the high standards required by a Hussmann Employee
The hourly range of $19.10-20.60 is just one component of Hussmann's total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, location and union designation. The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.
