The Engineering Technician works directly with order entry, design engineers and manufacturing in processing all incoming job orders through engineering department assuring accurate BOM’s to production and supporting all efforts by the team to maintain workflow to plan. The incumbent will ensure that the customer’s needs are met. The incumbent will also ensure the quality of products and services is maintained at the highest levels on a consistent basis.
- High School Diploma or GED
- EPA certification
- 3 years of experience in production or quality manufacturing
- Knowledge of the basics of refrigeration
- Knowledge of ISO 9001
The hourly range of $21.10-40.58 is just one component of Hussmann’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.
