The system efficiently rejects heat through a continuous flow water-loop at store level, and the high capacity, factory-balanced refrigeration system is capable of maintaining ice cream temperatures. Additionally, versatile shelving options of 22-, 24-, and 26-inch shelves are available, and the fan plenums can be detached from the coil for easy cleaning of the case bottom.
